Education criteria
- To fill the form for SCI law clerk research associates recruitment 2025, the candidate must be a law graduate, that too a bachelor’s degree in law (including integrated degree course in law) from any school/college/university/institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India
- Candidates pursuing fifth year of five-year Integrated Law Course or third year of three-year Law Course after graduation in any stream shall also be eligible to apply,
- Candidate who are in 5th year or 3rd year of Law and filling the form are required to submit proof of having acquired Law qualification before joining as Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate.
